UPAK Sealing System

UPAK injectable packing used with containment rings forms a sealing system that can replace conventional packing. UTEX braided end rings and molded lip seals are used as containment rings with U-PAK injectable packing for reciprocating and rotary pumps, and valves. New U-PAK Styles

Five new styles of injectable packings have been added to the U-PAK line. Utilizing SuperGold® technology, 100SG has been successful in drilling, production, and well servicing as well as plunger pumps. U-PAK 600BG is particularly resistant to media with abraisive particles when used with the proper end rings. U-PAK 799RP is a highest, abrasion-resistant packing that has uses various water applications as well as hydrocarbon based fluids. U-PAK 800HR packing has varying water applications and is hydrocarbon resistant. U-PAK 1000 LT is a low-temperature packing.
