RS-9 & RS-9T Technical Data

The RS-9 and RS-9T are severe service unbalanced seals, with sealing components
available in PTFE and filled TFE. Standard construction is stainless steel,
however, the seal, springs and other metal components can be made to any specification.
The RS-9 and RS-9T are geometrically and
dimensionally equivalent to competitive style seals.
Applications
The RS-9 and the RS-9T (thin cross-section) are applicable to severe service conditions.
They can handle virtually any chemical or corrosive liquid, including sulfuric, nitric,
phosphoric and hydrochloric acids.
