Establishment of Utex AccuSeal do Brasil Ltda
HOUSTON, December 06, 2012 - UTEX INDUSTRIES, INC., a leading manufacturer of seals and sealing solutions for the Oil & Gas market, announced today that it has established its subsidiary company in Brazil “UTEX AccuSeal do Brasil Ltda.” aiming to strengthen its business relationship with customers located in Brazil and South America.

UTEX Achieves NORSOK Approval
Aiming to satisfy the strict safety and cost effectiveness requirements of the Oil & Gas market, UTEX has tested and received the NORSOK approval for special polymeric materials used in the manufacturing of seals and seal components for this market. The UTEX materials approved under NORSOK standards include proprietary formulations of PTFE and PEEK.
